JULIA DONALDSON
Our focus author this term is Julia Donaldson. She wrote the Gruffalo books and many other fantastic stories.. (We are trying to read them all!) We have already written our own Gruffalo stories.Now we are learning about instruction writing.
Today we read, 'Room on the Broom. We made witches hats and wrote instructions on how to make them.
We will also be writing instructions on how to make a witches potion.
We have really been enjoying reading her book- why don't you visit the library this weekend and see if you can find some of her books to read.
